Online Payments

You can make online payments to pay your bill you received from us or to pay your estimated patient portion due prior to your surgery date.

Step One:

Enter your one-time payment amount due in the empty white below click the “MAKE A PAYMENT” button

Step Two:

Complete the billing details on the next page

– Please enter the name as it appears on the credit card

– Use the billing address that is attached to the card

– If the card holder name is not the same as the patients name, please enter the patients first and last name in the notes box. This is very important : )

– If you would like a receipt emailed, make sure you have entered your email address.

– We accept all major credit cards including American Express.

– We accept HSA (health savings account) cards as long as it has a major credit card logo such as Visa, MasterCard etc. (Please check available funds prior to paying online).

Please note, the online system is simply to make a one-time payment. This is not a patient portal, so you cannot access your account balance online.
